Position Overview

• We are looking for an AI Automation & Systems Engineer to help build and improve secure automation workflows across the company. You’ll work with tools such as n8n, Claude, Google Workspace, APIs, and other AI platforms to automate processes, connect systems, and build useful dashboards. • Security is an important part of the role. You’ll help ensure that automated workflows have the right permissions and safeguards to protect company and client data.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated workflows using n8n and AI tools. • Use Claude, OpenAI, or similar AI platforms to automate business processes. • Connect different systems using APIs and webhooks. • Work with Google Workspace, Google APIs, and service accounts. • Manage access, permissions, and security controls for automated tasks. • Add safeguards to reduce security and data risks. • Connect existing data sources and build internal and client-facing dashboards. • Troubleshoot and improve existing automations and integrations. • Document workflows and technical processes. • Work with different teams to identify…
