Product Engineer / Product Manager

We are currently seeking a full-time Product Engineer / Product Manager with a strong technical background in machine design, manufacturing and product lifecycle management. This role bridges Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality functions to ensure the continued success of Liburdi's standard product lines. The successful candidate will be responsible for both maintaining existing product designs and leading the evaluation, implementation, and rollout of product improvements and next-generation design revisions. The hours will typically be Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Base wage: $70,000 - $90,000 / hour

Typical Duties Include (but are not limited to):

Product Maintenance and Design Documentation

• Act as the primary liaison between Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Production teams regarding standard product improvements

• Review, assess, summarize, and prioritize feedback from stakeholders related to product performance, manufacturability, quality, and supportability

• Identify gaps, deficiencies, and improvement opportunities within product documentation, drawings, bills of material, work instructions, and related technical documents

• Develop recommendations for design and documentation updates

• Coordinate and oversee implementation of approved changes through the Engineering and Design teams
