Senior AI Developer

Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong full-stack development experience, including React/Node.js, .NET/C#, and Python/FastAPI. • Proven background delivering production software in client-facing environments. • Experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, RAG, or agentic AI development. • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Cursor. • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and CI/CD pipelines. • Ability to provide technical leadership and mentor others. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Comfortable working autonomously and shaping ambiguity into structured delivery. • Azure AI Engineer certification is desirable. • Understanding of MCP, vector databases, and AI evaluation/testing approaches is desirable. • Experience mentoring or leading small development teams is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-integrated applications using modern full-stack technologies. • Build features powered by LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG patterns, and MCP integrations. • Work directly with customers to shape requirements and translate them into working software. • Integrate Azure AI services such as Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure ML, and AI Search. • Provide technical leadership, ensuring engineering rigour, code quality, and best practice. • Support pre-sales activity through prototyping, research, and proof-of-concept…
