Задачи • Analyze customer, candidate, and operations processes, including their system and data flows • Identify key product opportunities, including baselines, targets, and clear decision paths • Develop functional prototypes using LLMs, low-code tools, and simple scripts • Test solutions with real users and move them into technical implementation based on reliable evidence • Formulate technically robust, measurable requirements, including short PRDs, acceptance criteria, QA, and success measurement • Launch solutions in areas such as matching, self-service, campaign management, and operations, with measurable impact on core KPIs and manual effort • Turn recurring manual workflows into reusable processes, automations, and technical components • Build solutions that can be transferred to new markets or acquired companies without rebuilding them from scratch for each organization • Own a product area end to end, from analysis through prototyping, specification, and QA to measuring success • Work hands-on with data, prototypes, automations, and product specifications, connecting business functions and engineering from problem discovery to production
