Senior Analytics Engineer

- 2+ years of experience partnering with domain experts or stakeholders to translate business requirements into data models - 3+ years of experience working with SQL to transform and model data at scale - 2+ years of experience developing within a modern data transformation tool such as dbt - 4+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field - 2+ years of experience building dimensional models (star schemas, slowly changing dimensions, surrogate key management) - 2+ years of experience with cloud data platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) - Experience designing conformed dimensional models spanning 2 or more distinct business domains or processes - Experience using AI tools to accelerate development workflows - Strong communication skills, verbal and written, as demonstrated by experience on projects or initiatives requiring communication between technical and non-technical users - Experience in the healthcare and/or insurance industries - Experience with Google Cloud Platform - Experience integrating data from multiple independent source systems into a unified analytical foundation - Experience designing and implementing semantic layers Join Oscar Health as a Senior Analytics Engineer.
