City of Newcastle (CN) has a Fixed-Term opportunity until 23 November 2028 for a dynamic Business Analyst who thrives on solving complex problems, translating business needs into actionable insights and driving innovation across teams.

What you’ll be doing

Through your work, you’ll have a behind the scenes pass to Newcastle's evolution as you shape our future as a liveable, inclusive city. You will be at the heart of transformation, bridging the gap between IT and business, shaping future-state processes and influencing strategic outcomes. This role will suit a Business Analyst who enjoys unpacking complex problems, facilitating meaningful conversations, analysing business processes and translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

You will:
