Our Small Commercial Analytics department is currently seeking a Sr Market Analyst. This position is eligible for a fully remote work arrangement.

This is a full time, exempt role.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Collaborates with State Managers, RVPs, RSDs, UW Managers & Small Commercial Sales Managers to provide strategic business analysis at the Market and/or Agency level. The individual focus is on driving CL business results based on either growth state or core state initiatives, as established by the State Manager and RVP. Analyst will contribute to agency analysis including assessment of competitive position, economic and financial modeling, emergence of observations and interpretation of data and analysis and working with field and business partners to leverage information to support and drive overall business results

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Analyze and evaluate loss ratio and production trends the Agency/Micro-Territory level, including root causes and recommendations for improvement • Manage portfolio trends at state, market and Agency/Micro-Territory level including identifying outliers requiring deeper dive analysis • Communicate findings and recommendations to State Manager, RVP and RSD while influencing…
