Задачи • Take diagnostic ownership of checkout funnel health by surfacing alerts, insights, and defects before they become business-critical • Lead root-cause investigations to distinguish engineering defects from user-behavior patterns and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders • Support reporting to cross-functional teams, translating data into insights that improve authorization rates and conversion • Analyze authorization rates, decline codes, and multi-PSP performance to identify high-impact funnel bottlenecks • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Fraud on diagnosing funnel issues and processor outages • Develop into a trusted point of contact for payment funnel health within the team

Требования • Understand payment funnel concepts, including interchange, decline codes, FX, tokenization, 3DS, and fraud fundamentals • Have demonstrated root-cause analysis of funnel drop-offs or decline patterns, distinguishing technical from behavioral causes • Translate complex data and customer-behavior insights for audiences without deep technical or domain context • Have a good level of English; proficiency is preferred • Будет плюсом: familiarity with self-serve BI/dashboard tools, SQL fluency, experience navigating ambiguity in a fast-changing or high-growth environment, multi-PSP comparative analysis…
