Описание Vinted operates a second-hand marketplace connecting millions of members across 20+ markets. Its business units also provide shipping services through a network of pick-up and drop-off points and secure payment services integrated into the Vinted app.

Задачи • Evolve and scale Bayesian Media Mix Models (MMM) and ROI frameworks to generate precise business insights • Build and maintain econometric and statistical models, including MMM, GMV, and engagement models, to quantify marketing impact and guide multi-channel growth • Design automated frameworks and reliability metrics to monitor model health and ensure long-term accuracy • Drive the development of intelligent data products, such as self-healing MMMs, using AI and automation to optimize model runtimes and scale the ecosystem • Partner with Decision Scientists and Marketing Leadership, explain complex model mechanics, and connect model outputs to business decisions • Maintain high standards for code quality, validation, and reproducibility

Требования • Hands-on experience in advanced statistical, econometric, or time-series modelling • Strong knowledge of advanced statistics, causal inference, and regression • Ability to read scientific papers, explore state-of-the-art techniques, and replicate or adapt advanced methodologies • Highly proficient in Python; able to build modular, reproducible model pipelines that other scientists can use or extend • Able to connect technical model outputs to commercial metrics…
