Backend Developer (Small Business Finance)

Описание We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (ARAP) product team. If you want to help us make self-employment a little easier, Holvi is for you.

Задачи • As a Senior Backend Engineer, you’ll help shape the future of our ARAP platform as part of a cross-functional team • You’ll work closely with engineers, Product and Design, taking ideas from customer or business needs through solution design, implementation and safely into production • Most of your work will be on the backend, with Python and Django at the core of our stack • But we build products, not isolated backend components, so we’d love to find someone comfortable occasionally crossing into our frontend clients when that’s the best way to get something done • Engineers help shape solutions, not just implement specifications

Требования • have solid senior-level software engineering experience and can take ownership of technically demanding work • have strong backend skills with Python and Django, or substantial experience with a comparable framework and the ability to get productive with Django quickly • can refine requirements and develop solutions collaboratively and iteratively • take ownership and push your work forward • are willing to occasionally work outside the backend, including making changes to frontend clients when needed • use, or are ready to actively use, AI-assisted development tools and workflows • communicate clearly and in plain language…
