Data Analytics Engineer

Overview

The Data Analytics Engineer supports the enterprise data and analytics platform for D365 and connected operational systems. The role will help build and maintain Microsoft Fabric, data pipelines, semantic models, Power BI reporting, operational analytics, and AI-enabled solutions. This role is well suited for an early-career professional with strong analytical and technical aptitude, curiosity, ownership, and a willingness to learn and grow into broader responsibility for enterprise data, analytics, and AI capabilities. This position is expected to collaborate across IT, business teams, implementation partners, and other stakeholders. Occasional after-hours and weekend work may be required to support planned system releases, cutovers, maintenance activities, and critical production incidents.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Microsoft Fabric lakehouses, warehouses, data pipelines, and semantic models under established architecture and governance standards • Integrate D365, WMS, OTTO, EDI, manufacturing, IoT, and other enterprise data sources into the analytics platform • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for executive, finance, supply-chain, warehouse, and manufacturing users • Support manufacturing KPIs including OEE, downtime, yield, production variance, and line performance • Support warehouse and supply-chain analytics including inventory accuracy, pick rates, OTTO utilization, and dock-to-stock • Develop reusable data models and help…
