Role and Responsibilities:

We are seeking an AI Engineer to drive innovation and automation across Prospect’s operations and our portfolio of 120+ companies. You will design and deploy advanced AI and machine learning solutions to streamline processes throughout the firm, from back-office operations and investment committee workflows to other internal functions. You’ll join a lean, fast-moving team within our larger organization, providing you with agility, resources, and significant opportunities for impact.
