Data Scientist

As a Data Science Advisor on the Enterprise Data Science team at Evernorth Health Services, you will build advanced analytics and AI solutions that address complex healthcare challenges. You will partner with clinical, operations, technology, and business leaders to create tools that improve the member experience, support better clinical outcomes, and advance business growth. Responsibilities

· Lead the design, development, and implementation of predictive modeling, machine learning, generative AI, and other advanced analytics solutions aligned with user needs and business goals. · Build and improve supervised and unsupervised models using methods such as regression, decision trees, random forests, neural networks, clustering, segmentation, time-series analysis, topic modeling, sentiment analysis, and Bayesian analysis. · Develop scalable data pipelines and analytics workflows using large healthcare datasets and modern cloud-based tools. · Turn complex findings into clear insights, visual stories, and practical recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences. · Partner with clinical, operations, technology, and business teams to move projects from early discovery through successful delivery. · Provide thought leadership on advanced analytics, emerging AI methods, and responsible approaches that improve solution quality…
