Principal Product Manager

About the Role

This is a high-impact role at the center of a strategic shift toward an AI-first operating model, sitting within a small, focused team rebuilding core business operations around AI. You will move the organization away from manual processes and third-party tools toward an owned, intelligent platform, serving a broad client base across diverse industries.

What You'll Do

• Identify critical operational problems, design solutions, and prototype them using AI tools against real-world data. • Collaborate closely with engineers to productionize prototypes into reliable, scalable systems. • Define measurable metrics for complex operational issues and develop AI-driven solutions to address them. • Own the development of a sophisticated decision engine, replacing vendor reporting with a tailored internal platform serving varied user needs. • Drive product judgment for closed-loop attribution systems that connect client actions to revenue outcomes. • Navigate the complexity of building a single platform that serves multiple distinct business units and industries. • Report directly to senior product and technology leadership, with a clear escalation path for high-stakes decisions.
