Commercial Product Manager (Lending)

Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Product or Partnerships role, ideally in financial services or lending • Experience delivering product plans with external partners and internal cross-functional teams • A data-driven mindset and the ability to analyse performance and make product-level decisions • Essential: Excel skills • Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Collaborative approach and strong stakeholder management skills • Positive, proactive and solutions-focused attitude • Customer-centric mindset and a passion for challenging the status quo to drive growth • Advantageous: experience in payments or lending • Advantageous: exposure to regulated industries • Suitable experience may include Product Manager, Commercial Product Manager, Lending Product Manager, Partnerships Manager, business lending, SME lending, merchant cash advance, business finance, financial services, fintech, payments, product roadmaps, pricing strategy, stakeholder management or FCA-regulated environments
