Job description Primary responsibilities include electrical and firmware design in development of headset communication products from concept to production. Serves as leader of the audio technology team designing the next generation of headsets to be used in aviation, broadcast, and other high noise environments. Tasks include managing engineers, setting deadlines, monitoring and summarizing progress (initiate, plan, execute, document, control, close); problem recognition, escalation and resolution are key to success in this role.
