Business Analyst (Subscription Programs)

Epson is seeking a Business Analyst – Subscription to support our direct-to-consumer print subscription business. You will be responsible for conducting reporting and analytical activities to ensure timely, accurate information is available to support key business areas. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will provide comprehensive analysis of subscription programs, customer lifecycles, usage, and trends to help identify opportunities, solve problems, and support sound business decisions.

This position is based out of Epson America's headquarters in Los Alamitos, CA with an opportunity for a hybrid schedule.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Gather, analyze and evaluate all relevant data for subscription programs • Develop and maintain PowerBI reporting and prepare value-added analyses to provide key insights into these programs • Prepare business reports and presentations for EAI and SEC executive teams • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide Business Planning and Forecasting support and analysis • Maintain competitive gap analysis for all programs • Prepars ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested by management • Builds strong relationships with peers, other departments, and managers…
