What You'll Do

• Own performance, retention, engagement, and outcomes for your direct reports • Provide timely feedback and coaching through regular 1:1s and help team members find learning and growth opportunities • Build the processes and culture that let your team succeed, inside and outside the team • Identify and remove blockers to execution and direct your team's time and attention toward the highest-priority work • Build and run onboarding plans so new engineers ramp up quickly and confidently • Stay hands-on with the codebase — code reviews, small fixes, pairing — so your decisions stay grounded and credible • Author well-scoped features or fixes to unblock the team or speed up delivery • Participate in code, design, and product reviews with timely, actionable feedback • Model strong engineering practices:…
