DevOps & Systems Administrator

Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• Were looking for a systems administrator or infrastructure engineer with strong Linux, cloud platform, networking, and security fundamentals. • We require 3+ years of hands-on experience building and managing cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including compute, storage, databases, networking, infrastructure-as-code, cost optimisation, and cloud architecture patterns. • We require 3+ years of experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or an equivalent platform, including automated testing, deployment workflows, and container deployment. • We require 5+ years of Linux systems administration experience in production environments, including expertise with Ubuntu, CentOS, or RHEL, Bash scripting, service and package management, user permissions, log management, and troubleshooting. • We require 2+ years of experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. • We require 2+ years of experience with Docker containerisation and scripting in Python, Bash, Go, or similar. • We prefer 2+ years of experience with monitoring and observability tools and 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration. • We value strategic thinking about infrastructure and scaling, clear communication with developers and leadership, collaborative problem-solving, reliability, and a passion for automation and simplification. • We prefer…
