Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We help serve the community through public transportation software and we need an expert to help us move from an on prem location to the cloud (Azure).

Requirements:

• 5+ years in networking, systems, or infrastructure engineering supporting production environments. • Hands-on experience building site-to-site and point-to-site VPNs, including connections into networks you don't control. • Strong network security fundamentals: firewalls, NSGs, ACLs, segmentation, and certificate management. • Excellent troubleshooting skills across the full stack, from physical and network layers up to the application. • Scripting and automation ability. • Working familiarity with Kubernetes and containers, and the desire to go deeper. • Excellent communication skills, including in technical conversations with customer IT and security teams. • Genuine interest in growing beyond networking into full platform ownership. • Comfortable supporting legacy on-prem infrastructure through a migration. • AZ-700 Azure Network Engineer Associate certification, or the demonstrated ability to pass it.
