Senior Integration Engineer (Node.js)

On behalf of our client – a major international enterprise operating across global commercial and industrial sectors – we are seeking a hands-on Senior Integration Engineer to join their technology center in Warsaw. In this role, you will help design, engineer, and maintain a core transactional integration backbone that connects enterprise applications, data platforms, and cloud ecosystems across international operations. This is a great opportunity for a strong Senior Software / Cloud Engineer or Tech Lead ready to take on strong technical ownership and architectural responsibility in a stable in-house environment. Key Responsibilities Integration Engineering & Design: Build and design resilient, scalable event-driven architectures and system-to-system integration patterns for enterprise solutions. Technical Guidance & Standards: Provide technical leadership to an engineering team (5–10 developers), establish coding guidelines, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering quality. Hands-on Ownership: Balance technical design with practical engineering involvement, maintaining code-level quality, test coverage, and production reliability across cloud integration pipelines.
