The employee provides day-to-day troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair, and proactive support services. The individual should be very proficient in the hardware used by packaging customers, and over time become proficient in corresponding application skills and support functionality. In this role, you are reporting to the Regional Technical Support Manager. The position is “remote” based, dispersed across the region based on customer locations.
