Job Title: Natural Gas Engineer - Greater Denver Area Location: Remote (Greater Denver, CO Area) FLSA Classification Exempt Job Description: Orbital Engineering , Inc. is currently seeking a Natural Gas Engineer to support our Natural Gas Distribution Service Operations projects throughout Colorado and the Western United States . The Engineer role is responsible for performing independent engineering and design work, supporting the execution of small to complex projects, and ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards. This position requires advanced technical knowledge and the ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision. Candidates who reside in the Greater Denver, CO area or within reasonable commuting distance are preferred. Responsibilities: Engineering and Design Execution: Perform engineering functions, including investigations, evaluations, calculations, and specifications, for design and drafting projects. Develop engineering drawings, designs, and documentation for small to medium-sized projects. Apply engineering techniques and procedures to assignments requiring independent judgment and technical expertise. Project Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other engineers to define project scope, monitor progress, and review deliverables.
