Quality Assurance Manager - Senior Clearance: Secret Clearance Certifications: DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification, Category IAT Level II. Position Summary Nationwide IT Services , NIS, is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to establish and maintain processes to evaluate IT systems, software, and associated documentation for a potential opportunity. This role plans and directs quality assurance and quality control activities across the software lifecycle, applies verification and validation, testing, integration, and software metrics to assess quality, and determines the resources needed for IT quality control. The manager provides subject matter expertise to resolve complex technical problems across all task areas. This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity supporting a federal customer. Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain processes for evaluating software and its associated documentation. Develop software quality assurance plans and identify the resources needed to perform IT quality control. Maintain the required level of quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Conduct formal and informal reviews at predetermined lifecycle points, document findings, and support resolution of quality issues. Apply verification and validation, software testing and integration, and software metrics to assess software quality.
