Geospatial Management Analyst

Avid Core is seeking a Geospatial Management Analyst with experience utilizing geographic information systems to support a federal government client in Washington, D.C. We’re looking for a passionate, detail-oriented person interested in supporting federal law enforcement.

Salary Range: $40,000-$75,000, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Supports government operations to perform geographic information system activities; requirements analysis and development; support field activities; and ancillary activities required to acquire and deploy equipment and maintain facilities. • Supports the creation and maintenance of both static and web-based GIS solutions • Perform complex analysis and mapping projects to support national security operations • Extract, transform, and load data into GIS databases • Work independently to develop GIS tools and applications, perform complex analyses, and develop multi-layered maps accomplished by using an appropriate combination of tools found in the GIS application suite and other programming environments • Support development of Sharepoint, PowerBI tools, and…
