Задачи • Support the commercial contract setup for feed-in plants and process contract-related cases in the feed-in business, including daily operations and complex cases involving EEG, KWKG, direct marketing, and other feed-in arrangements • Create, analyze, and develop KPIs, reports, and dashboards; evaluate business developments, case volumes, and operational metrics to manage the feed-in business • Support RPA, automation, and digitalization solutions, including analysis of bot runtimes, error rates, savings, and optimization potential • Analyze process weaknesses, quality deviations, and interface issues; prepare evaluations and decision-making materials for management, projects, certifications, and internal and external inquiries • Contribute to projects, identify optimization measures, and support their implementation • Collaborate with internal departments, billing, metering, IT, market partners, and plant operators to process operational cases, analyze technical questions, and resolve complex and special cases in the feed-in business
