Задачи • Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and the Growth pod to align priorities and create lasting solutions • Investigate ambiguous problems, identify underlying causes, and prioritize work based on commercial impact, effort, and business urgency • Proactively flag tracking and data quality risks • Own instrumentation and measurement of key user flows across the B2C marketplace and app and the B2B platform • Build marketplace and consumer analytics, including segmentation and predictive strategies to grow consumer value • Analyze product performance, traffic sources, conversion, and user behavior across paid and organic channels • Own tracking implementation, including tagging, event taxonomy, and attribution • Develop multi-touch attribution models for marketing spend and run incrementality tests to validate causal effects • Design and run end-to-end experiments, including CRO, from hypothesis through implementation and statistically rigorous analysis • Maintain resilient tracking using server-side tracking, conversion APIs, and client-side tagging • Own marketplace KPI reporting and provide trusted supply and demand metrics • Write production-grade SQL and Python and contribute analytics logic to dbt models through GitHub • Use AI-assisted development tools…
