Задачи • Shape the company’s technology strategy and lead the development of game backend systems, shared services, infrastructure, and internal platforms • Define the technical direction, drive architectural decisions, establish engineering standards, and solve complex technical challenges • Set the technology strategy, architecture, and technical roadmap across the company • Develop game backend systems and shared GameTech services, including Nakama, GameKit, and other common services • Manage UA technology and integrations, including advertising network integrations and creative management systems • Develop internal platforms and tools, including back-office systems, helpdesk, and automation solutions • Improve infrastructure reliability, security, and cost efficiency across AWS and Google Cloud • Establish engineering standards and processes for development, testing, releases, documentation, monitoring, and incident management • Lead technical initiatives and team development, mentor engineers, and help shape the engineering organization • Take ownership of complex projects and make pragmatic architectural decisions
