Staff Product Analytics Analyst

- Strong leadership presence and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to simplify complex analytical topics, develop compelling narratives, and communicate recommendations effectively to senior and executive audiences - Deep experience with experimentation and measurement, including A/B testing, hypothesis testing, experiment design, and statistical analysis. Experience with causal inference or quasi-experimental methodologies is highly preferred - Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Business, Economics, or a related field, with 10+ years of relevant professional experience in product analytics, business analytics, data science, or a related analytical role. A related Master’s Degree is a plus - Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional analytics initiatives with a high degree of autonomy, including situations where requirements, ownership, or the path forward were ambiguous - Demonstrated ability to mentor and elevate other analysts, establish analytical best practices, and improve methodologies and ways of working across teams - Advanced SQL and proficiency in Python or R, with strong knowledge of statistical concepts and analytical modeling techniques. Experience with user journey tools (e.g., Adobe CJA) and BI tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau) is highly preferred - Proven ability to influence product strategy and decision-making across teams and senior stakeholders.
