Your new role

As the Technical Infrastructure Lead, you will act as the technical escalation point across enterprise hosting services, providing leadership and guidance to internal teams and managed service providers. The role will focus on operational excellence, service delivery, incident and problem management, platform optimisation and security remediation across a large-scale infrastructure estate.

You'll work closely with infrastructure, security and vendor teams to ensure services remain secure, reliable and aligned to business requirements. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and coordinating major P1 and P2 incidents • Driving problem management and root cause analysis activities • Providing technical guidance to onshore and offshore support teams • Managing relationships with managed service providers and vendors • Supporting platform optimisation, lifecycle management and continuous improvement initiatives • Overseeing patching, vulnerability remediation and security uplift activities • Contributing to disaster recovery and business continuity planning • Monitoring service…
