About the role

The Wyong Leagues Group (WLG) is looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to join its IT department. This newly created role is full time and based at our head office in Kanwal. This role will be essential in providing expert IT advice and operations across a multi VLAN environment, and will be a critical member in ensuring the security, efficiency, of our IT systems and networks.

Job Description

• Manage and maintain the Groups IT Microsoft environment. Including on premise AD, O365, Entra, Defender and SQL. • Maintain and strengthen the Groups Cisco Meraki infrastructure. • Deliver systems improvements that enhance IT operations and systems across the company. • Diagnose and deliver solutions for IT issues as they arise in collaboration with the department. • Ensure best practise systems are in place to defend against a variety of threats and IT related risks that could pose a threat to the business or its operations. • System administration and optimisation of servers including backup and recovery processes. • Implementation of hardware and software designed to improve IT capabilities. • Troubleshooting, diagnosing and rectifying issues affecting performance, availability, integrity of infrastructure and data, through management of internal and user tickets. • Ensure clubs information systems are safe and secure. • Install, maintain and upgrade the following services (but not limited to) within the WLG • Security…
