Data Science & Computational Biology Co-op

Regeneron is currently seeking multiple 2027 Co-ops in Data Science & Computational Biology to join our Research team, which applies machine learning and data analysis to early-stage drug discovery problems.

When & where:

Location: Tarrytown, NY

Timeframe: Our Co-op positions are full-time and onsite from January-August (Spring-Summer).

Pay: Intern and Co-op pay ranges are determined by level of education (year in school) and degree program. The hourly rate range for these locations is: $17.90-$50.90 per hour.

What you’ll do:

• Build models to predict how a genetic variant affects a protein • Develop computational tools for high-throughput image analysis • Harmonize metadata across large public and internal ribonucleic acid (RNA)-sequencing datasets • Apply machine learning and data analysis techniques to research questions • Work with large, complex datasets to identify meaningful patterns • Collaborate with researchers to translate data findings into actionable insights • Write and test code to support ongoing analyses • Present results to the broader research team
