The expected salary for this position: 13 000 - 22 000 PLN

The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations.

We are looking for you, if you:

• Are passionate about the potential of AI and can identify opportunities where AI, advanced analytics, or GenAI solutions can create meaningful business impact, • Have strong hands-on experience with Python, SAS and SQL and enjoy solving analytical challenges, • Have experience working with modern AI ecosystems, including Copilot, LLMs and automation platforms. • Understand constraints of building compliant AI solutions in a highly regulated banking sector • Are comfortable working independently, taking ownership, and driving change across complex organizations, • Build strong relationships and can effectively influence stakeholders across different business and technical areas.

You'll get extra points for:

• Having extensive experience in Credit Risk, risk modelling, or risk process transformation within a regulated environment, • Understanding the end-to-end credit risk model lifecycle and the challenges that come with it, • Successfully delivering AI, GenAI or advanced analytics solutions into production environments, • Experience with model governance, validation, regulatory reviews or audit processes, • Turning innovative ideas and proofs of concept into scalable business solutions,
