Faherty Brand is seeking a Senior Manager of Systems & Automation to own the administration and continuous improvement of the company's core business systems and the integrations that connect them. This role has primary ownership of NetSuite as one of several critical systems under its purview alongside other platforms used across Finance, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Ecommerce, Wholesale, Retail Operations, and Planning & Allocation and is the senior point of accountability for how those systems are administered and connected. The senior manager will proactively identify and eliminate redundant or manual processes through AI-driven automation, own integrations across systems, lead UAT for new implementations, and project manage the onboarding of new systems and integrations in partnership with teams across the business.

What you’ll do:

Netsuite/Systems Administration & Governance

• Oversee administration of Netsuite, covering user access, roles/permissions, licensing, and environment management (e.g., Sandbox, Release Preview, Production) • Oversee planning and communication of major upgrade cycles, releases, and environment refreshes, ensuring minimal business disruption • Ensure configuration and customization requests (custom fields, workflows, new department/location setups, role design) are delivered in line with business needs • Ensure end users across departments have a reliable path to support for systems issues, and oversee resolution of…
