Digital Enablement & AI Specialist

Position Summary:

Cerity Partners is seeking a Digital Enablement and AI Specialist to join our newly formed Digital Workplace team in our Technology organization as a subject matter expert for our productivity and collaboration platform stack. This role sits at the intersection of technology and the people who use it, responsible for translating platform and AI capabilities into practical guidance, structured training programs, and documented best practices to deliver measurable business value to our colleagues across the firm to apply in their day-to-day work.

As our platform stack evolves rapidly, particularly with AI-driven features rolling out across our platform, this role plays a critical part in ensuring every colleague is equipped to work effectively and confidently. The Digital Enablement and AI Specialist partners cross-functionally across the Technology department and broader Shared Services teams, as well as our client facing practices. Serve as an enablement resource and a two-way bridge: gathering what colleagues need from technology and translating what technology can deliver back into plain language.
