Job Overview: In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of automated data pipelines, standard methodologies for data analytics, database architecture, and strategic insights drawn from the company's data. Outstanding attention to detail, sophisticated computational and programming skills, and the capacity to rapidly develop and act upon in-depth knowledge of our business, products, and processes is crucial for success in this role. You will be responsible for leading and developing a team spanning data engineering, business intelligence, and analysis to advance the enterprise data environment, including ownership of the operational health of the team's data integration infrastructure. This position will partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Risk to improve customer acquisition, onboarding, customer service, and fraud detection.
