QA Automation Engineer

A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking an Automation Test Engineer to join our team in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. Candidates must reside or be willing to relocate within a commutable distance to Egg Harbor Township, NJ.

Essential Daily Job Duties:

• Provide 2nd Level Engineering support for RMLS, including troubleshooting, Help Desk assistance, and inventory tracking. • Collaborate with Agile teams to develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications in alignment with FAA requirements. • Develop and execute test cases and scripts for software, hardware, operating systems, networks, and Maintenance Data Terminals (MDTs). • Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing to ensure software reliability, security, and performance in real-time environments. • Identify, document, and track defects in issue‑tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and work with Agile teams to ensure timely resolution. • Manage system inventory and configuration identification, including tracking and maintaining hardware assets. • Analyze test results and generate clear, concise reports; test modifications and validate readiness for implementation. • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives, while providing feedback to improve testing processes. • Full-time position with a standard work schedule; nights and weekends occassional. • 10% travel possible. • Cubicle environment.
