As part of this initiative, we are seeking two experienced IT Business Analysts with a strong background in digital lending within banking or financial services environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements related to lending products, processes, and systems. • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process documentation. • Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, project managers, and testing teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions. • Support solution design activities and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation. • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and functional testing activities. • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, contributing to timely resolution. • Evaluate the impact of regulatory and industry changes on lending platforms and processes. • Contribute to the continuous…
