Pay Range: $80 - $90/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business problems and provide data-driven recommendations. • Develop and manage metrics, reporting, and dashboards. • Perform SQL-based analysis and statistical analysis. • Build self-serve analytical tools and support RCA initiatives. • Partner cross-functionally to identify opportunities for operational improvement. • Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Strong business acumen and strategic problem-solving skills. • Moderate to advanced SQL proficiency. • Experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation. • Strong data visualization and executive presentation skills. • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments. • Python/R and AI solution experience are a plus. • Tech industry or Trust & Safety experience is preferred but not required.
