Meet the Team

You will join the core Webex Signaling team, which powers calling, meetings, screen sharing, whiteboarding, transcription, and many other Webex experiences. Our globally distributed team builds and operates the microservices through which major Webex workloads flow.

Your Impact

As a Software Engineer, you will:

• Build and contribute to technical designs and implementation in a development team that practices continuous integration and continuous delivery. • Develop cloud-native microservices deployed on Kubernetes and similar platforms. • Make DevOps a primary concern by ensuring services are reliable, scalable, secure, manageable, and supportable. • Enhance Webex telemetry systems to enable analytics, observability, and continuous improvement. • Use Cisco-approved AI-assisted software engineering tools and agents, such as Codex, Claude, or similar technologies, throughout the software development lifecycle-from requirements analysis and design through implementation, testing, code review, documentation, deployment, monitoring, and incident response. • Apply human judgment when using AI-generated content by validating code, designs, tests, documentation, and recommendations for correctness, security, privacy, performance, maintainability, and licensing or intellectual-property considerations. • Serve as a gatekeeper…
