Salary: $15,000 – $18,000 per month

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Head of IT to lead IT projects, system implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives across Freight Forwarding and Contract Logistics. The ideal candidate will bring strong logistics technology experience, proven project delivery capability, and the ability to translate business needs into practical digital solutions.

As Head of IT, you will be responsible for driving the company IT project roadmap, enhancing core logistics platforms, strengthening data visibility, supporting business-critical integrations, and ensuring that IT initiatives deliver measurable operational, commercial, and customer service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, prioritise, and deliver the Company IT project roadmap for Freight Forwarding and Contract Logistics, aligned with business priorities, operational needs, customer requirements, measurable improvement targets, and global corporate policies. • Lead end-to-end IT project delivery, including scope definition, business requirements, solution design, implementation planning, budget control, risk management, testing, deployment, and post-implementation review. • Guide the organisation’s AI journey by identifying practical use cases, supporting adoption, and ensuring responsible implementation across the business. • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across freight forwarding, warehousing, transport, billing, customer service,…
