About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Talent Technology team. This role will play a key part in shaping and executing the roadmap for our internal talent systems. You’ll partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and stakeholders across HR and business functions to deliver seamless, scalable experiences that support the full employee lifecycle: from candidate experience to employee growth and retention. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a cross-functional environment and is excited to work hands-on with engineering and business partners to deliver meaningful outcomes. This role will go deep into talent data systems and architecture to be able to lay the foundation for AI initiatives and a broader talent ecosystem strategy.
