As Business Analyst, you will turn data from multiple sources into insights that shape business decisions. Using statistics, economic reasoning and clear Power BI reporting, you will help colleagues monitor performance, understand trends and spot opportunities to improve. Your analysis will explain both what the data shows and what it means, bringing clarity to what drives results today and supporting better planning for the people the business serves.

What you’ll bring

You combine quantitative skills with sound business judgement and you are curious about what really drives performance. To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• A degree in Economics, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Management Engineering or a related quantitative discipline. • A solid understanding of descriptive and inferential statistics, and the ability to critically interpret data, relationships and analytical results. • A sound understanding of economic principles and the drivers of business performance. • Working knowledge of Power BI for building and maintaining dashboards and reports, and strong Excel skills for data preparation and analysis. • The ability to structure problems, test hypotheses and turn complex analysis into practical business recommendations. • Strong attention to detail, high standards for data quality, and the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines. • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
