What is the Florida PALM Project? The Florida PALM Project is an enterprise project to replace the State of Florida’s legacy accounting, payroll, information warehouse, and cash management systems, using an enterprise resource planning solution. The replacement of the cash management systems, known as the CMS Wave, was completed in July 2021. The next major implementation, the Financials, Payroll, and Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence Wave, is currently underway and scheduled for Go-Live in January 2027. The Department of Financial Services is leading this statewide initiative, which impacts stakeholders and users of the State’s financial data, including all State agencies.
