JOB SUMMARY:

An EPIC EHR Business Analyst serves as the liaison between healthcare operations, clinical staff, and information technology teams to support, optimize, and enhance the Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. This role is responsible for analyzing business and clinical workflows, gathering requirements, configuring Epic applications, troubleshooting system issues, and implementing solutions that improve patient care, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and user satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

OCHIN/EPIC - Support

• Act as the EPIC Systems Administrator, including user account management & security. • Provide daily support to Epic applications users through troubleshooting, coaching, and consulting. • Identify, assess, and troubleshoot application and equipment issues as they occur, owning the problem and seeing it through to full resolution. Refer issues that require additional assistance to the member’s IT/Help Desk or OCHIN’s Help Desk(JIRA), including technical and workflow information necessary to resolve the issue.
