The Role
Porter is hiring an Infrastructure Engineer to own and evolve the infrastructure management system behind its multi-cloud platform. It is a pure IC role on a flat team, and your work is the product: you will write the software that manages and rolls out changes across every customer environment.
What You Will Do
• Build the software that provisions, manages and rolls out infrastructure changes across hundreds of customer cloud accounts. • Design cloud-agnostic architecture that scales from seed-stage startups to public companies cost-effectively. • Engineer automated systems for multi-cloud Kubernetes at scale. • Work directly with customers to understand their infrastructure needs and improve the platform. • Raise the bar on reliability and code quality.
