HR Data Engineer

Salary: £37,000 - 77,000 per year

Requirements:

• Python and SQL scripting for data conversion and migration • ETL and industry-standard migration tools • Oracle HCM or equivalent business-object and HDL mass-load templates, plus OTBI or BI Publisher • Medium-to-high complexity RPA design and build • Medium-to-advanced Power BI skills, including Power Query and DAX • Knowledge of master-data standards, exception handling, structured error resolution, and data privacy and security by design • Ability to independently design medium-to-high complexity solutions • Experience delivering projects using recurring or cookbook patterns • Agile ways of working and systematic, process-first thinking • A proven track record of achievement relevant to this role

Responsibilities:

• Independently design, build, support, and troubleshoot medium-to-high complexity data solutions for transformation,
