Requirements:
• Proven experience in a Data Analyst, BI Developer, Power Platform Developer, or similar role • Strong Power BI skills, including DAX, Power Query, data modelling, and dashboard creation • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse • Advanced Excel skills • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities • Passion for automation, innovation, and continuous improvement • SQL and/or Python experience (desirable) • API integrations and automation experience (desirable) • Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or Copilot Studio (desirable) • Experience implementing AI solutions within a business environment (desirable) • Comfortable spending most of your time in our Dorset office
