Product Manager

Salary: £50,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements:

• Product management experience in a cross-functional Product and Engineering environment • Experience owning a product area, platform, technical domain or roadmap • Strong product judgement and ability to turn strategic goals into prioritised problems and deliverable outcomes • Comfort working closely with engineers on technically complex products, systems or platform capabilities • Ability to understand technical concepts, architecture and trade-offs without being an engineer • Strong discovery and problem-framing skills, with a focus on understanding problems before choosing solutions • Comfort using data and KPIs to set goals, make decisions and measure impact • Ability to prioritise decisively and say no when needed • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Comfort operating autonomously in a fast-moving environment • Insurance
