Performance Test Engineer

Salary: £67,000 - 107,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or Eggplant Performance • Experience testing cloud-based applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP • Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and non-functional requirements • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Strong scripting skills in Python or JavaScript • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills • Desirable: Knowledge of Kafka, IBM MQ, ELK Stack, Tableau, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Git • Desirable: Experience embedding performance testing within CI/CD pipelines • Desirable: Knowledge of security and compliance considerations in testing
